Sending practices
Controls that keep sending reputation healthy for every customer.
- Permission-based email. Our acceptable use policy requires opt-in, and new accounts start in a sandbox until reviewed.
- Complaint processing. Feedback-loop reports from mailbox providers are processed automatically and the recipient is suppressed.
- Bounces and unsubscribes. Hard-bouncing and unsubscribed addresses are added to a suppression list and not mailed again.
- Monitoring. Bounce and complaint rates and blocklist status are checked continuously, and sending can be paused automatically.
Authentication and security
Email authentication is configured and checked for every sending domain.
Accounts support two-step verification and passkeys. Servers are located in the European Union.
